Vehicle movement over Marathahalli Bridge is currently restricted for metro construction, with diversions running through the surrounding ORR approach roads. The metro station itself, originally due in June 2026, is now expected in December 2026 — so this isn't a short-term closure.

During diversion windows, the ORR between Kundalahalli and the Marathahalli junction backs up in both directions, which is where most of the delay actually happens rather than at the bridge itself.
