2. 02A second government ID (Aadhaar or Passport) for address verification — this is stored securely and never shared
3. 03A live selfie at pickup, matched against your licence photo, takes under a minute
4. 04Security deposit collected via UPI or card at pickup — refunded within 3 business days of return, per the deposit-return timeline
