Terms of Service

These terms govern the rental of vehicles from Rental Wheelz, registered at Second Floor, 823, 27th Main Rd, PWD Quarters, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102. By booking a vehicle, you agree to the Damage & Liability Policy, Fuel Policy, and Cancellation Policy published on this site, all of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Eligibility

Renters must hold a valid driving licence and pass the identity verification described on our verification page.

Vehicle use

Vehicles may not be used for commercial ride-hailing, sublet to a third party, or driven outside Karnataka and neighbouring states without prior written consent.

Liability

Damage liability is governed by the flat-rate schedule on our damage & liability policy page.
