Rental Wheelz (Second Floor, 823, 27th Main Rd, PWD Quarters, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102) collects the driving licence, government ID, and contact details submitted during the verification process described on our verification page, solely to confirm renter identity and process bookings.

What we store

Licence and ID copies, WhatsApp conversation history related to your booking, and payment confirmation for the security deposit. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

What we never do

We do not sell renter data to third parties, and we do not share your identity documents beyond what is required for insurance or legal compliance.
