How We Actually Compare Your Pickup and Return Photos

The part of our process renters worry about most is damage assessment, usually because they've had a bad experience elsewhere with a vague, after-the-fact review. Ours works differently by design: at pickup, we photograph the car's condition — every panel, the wheels, the interior — and send you those photos on WhatsApp the same day.

At return, we go through the same photos side by side with the car in front of us, with you present, not a review that happens later without you there. If something's changed, we point to the specific pickup photo and the specific current condition, and match it against the relevant line on our published damage schedule — the same flat figure every renter sees on the trust pages, not a number decided in the moment.
